Christiana Themistocleous

Christiana is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and member of the Cyprus Bar Association. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Southampton, UK and an LLM (Masters of Law) in Oil & Gas from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Prior to joining the firm Christiana worked for the law firm of a Big4 firm for over seven years serving in various managerial positions. She specialises in Corporate, M&A and Commercial Law and is an expert on Cross Border Mergers and Reorganisations; she has on various occasions advised on high-profile transactions involving debt restructurings and reorganisations of international groups. Trust and Succession Law, Tax Law and Energy Law are also practices that fall within Christiana’s expertise.

Christiana regularly represents prominent local and international clients in complex corporate matters before Cyprus Courts, at all levels.

As part of the firm’s ‘bridging the gap between law and innovation’ initiative, Christiana frequently advises clients on matters relating to GDPR and data protection laws, including trademark registrations and IP rights.

Christiana is fluent in Greek and English.
