Marina Xirokosta is a qualified attorney at law and an expert legal advisor with 20 years of combined experience in business and legal environments. She is a law graduate from the Democritus University of Thrace, has a MSc in Business for Lawyers from Alba Graduate Business School and is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2005.

In 2003 she joined the law firm of Vgenopoulos & Partners (today PPT Legal), one of the largest International practice firms in Greece. In December 2013, she joined as a partner the legal firm, iDeaLaw Firm.

Since 2025 she has been acting as Counsel at DS Partners Law Firm specializing in company law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, finance and capital markets law.
